In addition to its day to day planning, the Cedar County Emergency Management Agency is responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of a Multi- Jurisdiction Hazardousness Mitigation Plan.  This plan is adopted by each of the communities in Cedar County as has to be re-evaluated and updated every five years  The current plan can be accessed below: 2015 Cedar County Multi-Jurisdiction Hazard Mitigation Plan Individual sections are able to be downloaded below: 1.
